來自葡萄牙百年名莊 Caves São João 的經典「Raríssimo」系列，此款 2016 年 Clarete 是極罕見的傳統風格再現之作。
「Clarete」一詞源自古老葡萄牙釀酒傳統，指以 紅白葡萄共同發酵 所釀造的獨特酒型，
既有紅酒的骨架與深度，又保留白酒的清新與明亮。這款酒以優雅、細膩與非凡的層次感，成為酒莊百年歷史中的當代代表之作。
📍 酒莊背景
Caves São João 成立於 1920 年，位於葡萄牙中部 Anadia（安亞迪亞），是 Bairrada 地區最具代表性的家族酒莊之一。
由 Costa 三兄弟創立，最初專注於杜羅與波特酒貿易，隨後轉向高品質餐酒與氣泡酒生產。
1930 年代起，酒莊引入法國釀酒顧問 Gaston Mennesson，率先在葡萄牙採用「香檳法」釀造氣泡酒，成為技術先驅。
1950 年代，推出全國首款標註「Reserva」的酒款，象徵高品質與陳年潛力。
至 1960–1970 年代，酒莊收購 Quinta do Poço do Lobo 葡萄園（約 37 公頃），擁有石灰與黏土混合土壤，完美適合長期熟成型酒款。
今日，Caves São João 仍由家族第三代經營，擁有龐大舊年份藏酒庫，
「Raríssimo」系列正是這個百年品牌對「時間、風土與技藝」的最高詮釋。
